All your parcels are received in our premises from Monday to Friday. We work with all delivery services (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, DPD, TNT, Mondial Relay, etc.).
If required, we can pay custom fees claimed at delivery on your behalf, provided that your account balance is sufficient.
Once delivered, we take care of your parcels : we check if they are damaged, record and number them. You then receive an email informing you about the sender, weight and size of your parcels.

3 Immediate forwarding

Your parcels are immediatly forwarded anywhere in the world the day of reception in our premises, provided that :
- your forwarding address is complete in your Customer Space
- your monthly plan and shipping costs are paid in advance.
If you receive several parcels the same day, we group them to reduce your shipping costs.
As soon as your parcels are ready to be forwarded, you receive an email with the tracking number to follow their delivery online. This email also indicates your shipping fees.
Unless you instruct us otherwise, your parcels are forwarded by Colissimo with signature (cheapest method in France). However you can request a shipment by private carriers (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.).
We can take care of all custom formalities on your behalf.
If you do not wish the immediate forwarding of your parcels, you can rent a PARCELBOX.

You may choose the most suitable monthly plan depending on the number of mails and parcels that you expect to receive. Each of our monthly plans below entitles you to a number of invoicing credits.

small parcels : length + width + height from 0 to 100 cm, max 6 kg

large parcels : length + width + height from 201 to 300 cm, max 30 kg
